Clever bit of software – Free
We have been testing this http://www.comm100.com/ for a few of our clients and we’ve had some decent feedback.
Comm 100 is a free tool to communicate with visitors on your website either as a sales tool or as a support tool.
We are going to give it a whirl and see how it performs but initial testing is promising.
Spoke to a chap called Daniel via the onsite support portal and he was very friendly. The long term aim as I understand it is to charge for better facilities later.
No catch!
