By using our advanced “dial in” technology we can take control of your computer or server without the need to come onsite. Problems are addressed much more efficiently and issues are diagnosed on the spot.
Preventative as well as reactive
We make regular preventative maintenance trips to your site on a predefined schedule to suit you and address any issues you may have. Furthermore, every month we schedule a Supplier Performance Review where any pressing issues or unresolved problems can be dealt with.
With any support agreement we also recommend a good backup strategy. That is why we offer discounts for our offsite managed Backup service.
